TDX Independence In-Target ETF

TDX Independence In-Target ETF (TDX) is one in a series of Independence Lifecycle ETFs that serve as a one-stop solution to target date investing. The Fund seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, of the Zacks In-Target Lifecycle Index, an index of securities from three broad asset classes: international equities, domestic equities, and fixed income securities. TDX is a fully diversified portfolio, designed for investors who are at or near their target date at the time of investment. At inception, TDX has a conservative allocation to risk-based securities, such as domestic and international equities. TDX has an initial allocation of approximately 3% in international equities, 8% in domestic equities and 89% in fixed income securities, and will be systematically reconstituted and rebalanced annually, or quarterly when necessary pursuant to a proprietary methodology developed by Zacks. Balances then move automatically up the risk glide path to arrive and stay at a moderately conservative allocation. In the five years after inception, TDX gradually increases its risk exposure to match that of the Lipper Conservative Funds Index. TDX then replicates the Lipper equity allocation (currently 33%) on a static basis, to perpetuity.
